Our 30 minute video was shot primarily in the Laser 3000 and is designed as a very basic, first step introduction to sailing the Laser 3000 and similar performance orientated dinghies with trapeze and asymetric Spinnaker. It is a basic, to the point and in-expensive training video particularly useful for those taking their first step up from more conventional sailboats. Trainers that use the Laser 3000 or similar dinghy would find the video particularly useful.

It would fit in very well used early on in any structured training and would be a great AV aid to use in conjunction with the more advanced RYA "Better Sailing" video.
